Archangel Michael, Seraphim & the Birds
When I think of Archangel Michael, I picture him fair-skinned, one of the seven archangels, looking a lot like Jesus, only with wings. In my imagination he has six wings, the ones I hope to wear when I learn how to fly.
I feel deeply connected to the Seraphim because they always find me, the way the birds do. Some birds will follow me a couple of miles, especially if I have fed them.
I Honor the Spirit — Happy Age of Aquarius
I honor the spirit of God and every prophet before me. They guide me on Earth and in the afterlife. As it is in Heaven, and so it is.
Happy age of love, unity and tranquility, of trading and building together with technology. Aquarius brings freedom, equality, balance and justice for all, and true love for those with an open heart. Don’t overthink with Aquarius, and don’t overindulge with Venus. I feel the remnants of the 777 activation of July 2026 expanding further than we can fathom, with the third worlds being heard and culture clashes becoming love and understanding. Peace.
I believe love can lead how we govern, so I hope we all choose leaders who are loved and well. I don’t believe any higher power makes a mistake. It is beyond us.

What I Believe, and What I Dream
When people ask me what to believe in or look into, I tell them to believe in everything they read and in everyone they meet, and to know that each thing is true for someone, for a time. Time changes. People evolve, minds change, perspectives shift, and there is no one like you.
To be honest, funerals, the dead, and most humans rub me the wrong way, and I take everything personally. Everyone is different, and being different is your strength. It is natural to want to belong and to need someone or something. Constantly seeking validation, though, becomes an illness, a block. I believe everyone wants to experience love, unless their path is simply not meant for that. Some people are here to be exactly who they are. Some leave us too soon, and losing one hurts so much. Wolves are said to cry for up to two weeks when they lose one of their pack. I must have a wolf spirit.
Spirits come to me all day, and the dead hang around me. But when someone is laid to rest in a casket and the body is buried, something about that really hurts.
There is a particular level of understanding that comes with knowing the planets, the moons, the stars, and their energies. They do not reveal everything or every specific, because we have free will, and what is revealed depends on the person and their experience. Look at yourself as stardust, particles of the universe. I am fascinated by divination, the occult, dark feminine energy, the mysteries and the dark. The reflections of the moon always reveal something.
I like promises, and for me everything is released in its own timing, like flowers, which can only be picked a certain way at a certain time. Palo Santo wood cannot be cut before eight years. If it is, it is still Palo Santo, but it will not be as powerful or vibrant, without help, nourishment, the sun, and the Earth. We are like flowers and plants. We are what we eat, and we cannot do without the birds, the bees, and the plants.
The spirits around me are like the movies Ghost with Whoopi Goldberg and Beetlejuice with Winona Ryder. I don’t see them, because I no longer allow them in the way I did when I was vulnerable. I only see the spirits I want to see, unless one is really trying to get through, which is usually because they want me to speak to someone else. I stopped talking to people as a medium because it wasn’t healthy for my body, and I would sleep for too long afterward. When I offer readings or dream interpretation, I set intentions with all entities and welcome only the spirits who are invited. I have never seen Archangel Michael, but he is the most powerful entity I have ever experienced, because others were able to witness his magic as well. When I do spirit banishment, that is a hard one to get rid of. Why did I attempt to release Archangel Michael? Well, people were afraid of him moving things around and making objects float. I WOULD NEVER MAKE THIS UP. Also, at times, I wanted to be naughty and do things that I felt were wrong, so I didn’t want Archangel Michael around. I had a dark angel that was more intriguing at the time: Satan, the devil. I’ve seen that spirit in humans, and I felt it more in humans who seemed to be the nicest people in the world: darkness, evil, cold, low-vibrational, inhumane, type-ish… and nice as hell. I no longer desire to “dance with the devil.”

The Sacred Art of Balance: Where Light Meets Shadow
One of the things I have come to understand about life is that not everything is meant to exist in excess, and not everything that appears different is meant to be kept apart.
Light needs shadow for contrast. Growth requires change. Love needs wisdom, and connection needs boundaries. Even the most beautiful things in nature have limits that help them remain healthy.
I have always been sensitive to separation. I remember how it broke my heart to see puppies separated from their mothers and fathers. There was something about that separation that made me wonder about the natural bonds we share and the things we lose when connection is disrupted.
As I grew in my understanding of life, I began to see another side of nature’s wisdom: closeness does not always mean that everything should be joined without boundaries. In animal breeding, for example, closely related animals may need to be kept from reproducing because inbreeding can increase the risk of inherited health problems. Nature teaches us that love, attachment, and belonging are not the only considerations. There is also the responsibility to protect what comes next.
I began to think about humanity in much the same way.
What happens when we separate people because they are different, rather than learning to understand one another? What happens when we force people together without respecting their individuality, their boundaries, or the differences that make them who they are?
And what happens when one belief, one emotion, one ideology, or one way of living becomes so dominant that nothing else is allowed to exist?
I believe that extremes carry their own consequences. Too much control can become oppression. Too much freedom without responsibility can become disorder. Too much light can blind us to what needs healing in the shadows, while too much darkness can make us forget that another way forward exists.
Eventually, what is suppressed, neglected, or pushed beyond its limits may surface in ways no one expected. Pressure builds. Imbalance seeks expression. And what could have been addressed with understanding may eventually erupt into conflict, destruction, or transformation.
Sacred Orbit is about learning to recognize that balance is not achieved by erasing differences. It is achieved by understanding how different forces coexist, where connection nourishes us, and where boundaries protect us.
I do not believe every darkness is evil, just as I do not believe everything presented as light is necessarily good. Sometimes darkness is where we confront the truth we have avoided. Sometimes light reveals what we would rather not see. Both can teach us, provided we are willing to look honestly.
The goal is not to make everything the same. The goal is to understand what belongs together, what needs room to grow independently, and what must be kept in balance for the well-being of the whole.
We are all part of something larger than ourselves. Like planets moving through their own orbits, we each have a path, a rhythm, and a place in the greater order of existence.
Perhaps wisdom begins when we stop trying to force everything into our own understanding and start learning to recognize the natural order, the necessary boundaries, and the sacred connections that allow life to flourish.
Lead with love. Honor your truth. Follow your intuition.
This is the wisdom I seek to explore through Sacred Orbit: not a world without darkness, difference, or boundaries, but a world in which we learn to live with greater awareness of all three.

Sacred Orbit is a calm place to reflect, rooted in a love for the Earth. It draws on many ways of reading the world: astrology, numerology, tarot, crystals, animals, flowers, and even the inside of trees. What stays the same is a love for the Earth, for the planets, and for living in the present moment.

Get ready for what you are asking for
May you have the life you are manifesting, and be ready to keep it. Money can arrive, and you will want to know how to steward it. A partner can arrive, and you will want to know how to love well. Abundance is not only about receiving. It is about becoming someone who can hold what comes. Prepare the ground first, then plant the seed.
Clear the alpha state
Your brain moves through different rhythms during the day. Alpha waves are the calm, easy, wakeful rhythm many of us notice when our eyes close and our breath slows. They are associated with relaxation and open, receptive attention. Manifesting is often said to begin there: not in striving or worry, but in a quiet, clear mind. Slow breathing helps the body settle, and a settled body makes room for a clear intention.
Many traditions also describe seven energy centers, the chakras. Picture yours open, clear, and balanced as part of the same practice. This is a spiritual practice and a belief, not a medical claim or a promise. Wealth and love also grow through action, planning, and good counsel.
Where you may land
When you have spent some time here, you may feel a little more ascended: embracing your own divinity, believing in something greater, connecting with a source that is new to you, learning about wealth, learning about the planets and about yourself in the past, the present, and the future, and standing grounded in this moment.

I am also considered a medium. Spirits have always found their way to me: loved ones who have passed, and spirits I have never met who simply arrive. Sometimes they scare the people around me. Sometimes they do nothing at all. That has been the story of my life, and I have learned to hold it with respect rather than fear.
People come to me for advice about their dreams, and for help when they have received a visit from a dark spirit, a Holy Spirit, or a loved one from the past. I have been able to see, sense, and interpret a great deal through dreams, and that is my every day.
The five clairs, in my own words
The clairs are the senses of the spirit, ways intuition is said to speak beyond the five ordinary senses. These are spiritual experiences and personal beliefs, not scientifically established abilities.
Some of these gifts feel advanced in me, and others are still intermediate and intermittent. How strong each one is can rise and fall with my health.
I am sure my POTS has something to do with it. When I see loved ones who have passed, and when I feel myself moving in and out of worlds, it seems to me that the body can become a thin doorway: when it is tired, or when it swings between fast and slow, the veil between worlds feels thinner. This is my personal belief, shared for reflection. Medicine does not say that POTS creates psychic abilities, and my experiences are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Symptoms I may feel
Because both fast and slow heart rates can reduce the blood flow the brain needs, their overlapping symptoms can make it hard to tell which phase is causing a flare.
- Fast heart rate spikes (usually when standing or moving): palpitations, a racing or pounding chest, shakiness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, and sweating.
- Slow heart rate dips (usually when resting or lying flat): deep physical fatigue, a heavy feeling in the limbs, brain fog, and dizziness or coldness that does not improve right away when I change position.
The Significance of Blood Flow: Energy, Life, and Connection
Blood is more than something that moves through the body. It is part of the living current that sustains us, carrying oxygen and nutrients while connecting the many parts of ourselves that must work together to keep us here.
I think about energy as something that moves, connects, influences, and transforms. What happens within us is not always visible to the outside world. We can look fine and still be struggling internally. We can feel exhausted while trying to pour into everyone else. Sometimes, we need to remember that even the strongest among us depend on receiving, not just giving.
Blood flow reminds me of this balance. Life requires movement. Our bodies depend on circulation, just as our relationships, communities, and personal journeys depend on connection. When we think only about what we can give, we can forget that receiving is also part of being alive.
From a spiritual perspective, I see blood donation as an intimate expression of shared humanity. One person may never meet the person who receives their donation. They may never know their name, hear their story, or understand what that moment means to them. Yet something they willingly give may help another person continue living, healing, loving, learning, and fulfilling a life that is still unfolding.
There is something profound about that kind of connection: giving without needing to know who receives, and receiving without needing to know who gave.
At Sacred Orbit, I believe there is room to explore the relationship between our physical existence, our emotional experiences, our spiritual perspectives, and the energy we bring into the world. We are individuals, but we are not isolated from one another. Our lives intersect in ways we may never fully understand.
I also believe energy deserves thoughtful language. The spiritual energy we feel, share, or describe is not the same thing as the physical circulation of blood. They can both inspire us to reflect on life and connection without confusing metaphor with biology.
To me, blood donation represents more than a medical act. It represents generosity made tangible. It is a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful thing we can offer another person is not advice, money, attention, or even words. Sometimes, it is the willingness to give something that may help sustain a life.
And perhaps that is one of the most beautiful lessons we can take from it: we do not have to know the entire story to make a meaningful difference in it.
Life moves through us. Compassion moves between us. And sometimes, the gift of one person becomes part of another person’s opportunity to keep going.
A Personal Request for Blood Donations, with Gratitude
I’m reaching out with a personal request and a grateful heart. If you’re able and willing to donate blood or plasma, I would be deeply thankful for your consideration. Your generosity could mean so much to me, and it would also help support the wider community of people who depend on these life-saving donations.
- Giving: O- can give red blood cells to any blood type. O+ can give red blood cells to any Rh-positive type (O+, A+, B+, AB+).
- Receiving: O- can receive red blood cells only from O- donors. O+ can receive them from O+ or O- donors.
All blood types are welcome. If you would prefer not to donate whole blood, plasma is another meaningful way to give. Please choose whichever option feels right for you and is appropriate for your health and eligibility.
I also want to be transparent: I won’t know who donates or what type of donation you make. Even if you intend your donation to help me, I may not be able to receive or use it directly, even if it seems like a suitable match. The donation center and medical professionals make the final decisions about compatibility and how each donation can be used.
Still, every donation matters. My hope is that there will be plenty of willing donors, so that if a donation cannot be used directly for me, it can still help someone else who needs it.
Asking for help can feel vulnerable, but I’m choosing to put this request out into the world with hope and gratitude. If you’re able to donate, share this message, or encourage someone else to consider donating, please know that I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

- The patient’s Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) coordinator must first order the specific screening or testing. Family members cannot walk into the lab to be matched without this.
- In most cases, the BMT team mails a simple cheek (buccal) swab kit to your home. You swab yourself and mail it back.
- If an in-person blood draw or testing is needed, it is coordinated through Froedtert’s laboratory partner, Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin, rather than the hospital’s patient care floors.
My specialist: Dr. Foy is an oncologist and a classical hematologist. He works within the broader Froedtert & MCW Cancer Network, and his expertise includes both non-cancerous and cancerous blood disorders.
